Last updated August 29, 2026
Quiet Quest stores your preferences, completed-session history, challenge rotation, and optional reflections locally on your device. This information is used only to personalize sessions and reduce repetition.
The current version does not require an account, collect contact information, use advertising identifiers, sell personal information, or transmit practice data to a remote server.
You can remove locally stored practice data from Settings by selecting “Reset practice data” and confirming. Removing the app also removes its local data, subject to your device platform’s backup behavior.
Quiet Quest supports general wellbeing and is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in distress or need medical support, contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.
Quiet Quest is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy will be updated before any release that introduces accounts, analytics, cloud synchronization, advertising, purchases, or other data collection.
HELP WITH QUIET QUEST
Choose how your mind feels on the home screen, select a comfortable session length in Settings, and begin the suggested activity.
Open Settings and enable Reduce motion. Breathing cues remain still and written instructions guide each phase.
Open Settings, choose Reset practice data, and confirm. This permanently clears session history and challenge rotation on that device.
Restart Quiet Quest and confirm your device uses the latest app version. When reporting an issue, include your device model, operating-system version, and what happened immediately before the issue.
